Anthony G. Frost - Clockmaker at Frost Bros, now successfully markets his own named Carriage Clocks in limited numbers. These are ideal for the discerning clock collector, as Anthony Frost's meticulous attention to detail, together with fine 18ct. gold plate finish to both the case and mechanism, ensures that these fine pieces will stand the test of time and become the antiques of the future. These superb Carriage Clocks are also an ideal presentation gift.
CORNICHE (Mechanical movement and case 18ct. gold plated on solid brass) This design is virtually as produced by the French Clockmaker's circa 1870 and proved to be very popular, as indeed they are to day. Complete with white enamel Roman dial. DOUCINE (Mechanical movement and case 18ct. gold plated on solid brass) This style was introduced in the late 1800's. Very stylised with its wave format, fine handle and neat bun feet. Complete with white enamel Roman dial. OVAL (Mechanical movement and case 18ct. gold plated on solid brass) This classic oval design originated in the mid 1860's and is finished with an oval bevelled top glass. Complete with white enamel Roman dial. MASK DIAL (18ct. gold plated) We can supply a filigree mask brass dial with any of the above models.
